Lucas is a senior in Minnesota who is on the varsity basketball team and participates in AAU basketball. He is an honor roll student who plans to attend college, majoring in welding or ag mechanics. Lucas is a hardworking  athlete who believes sports are a great way to compete and learn important life skills. Lucas applied for an InSports Scholarship to help alleviate the costs for his AAU basketball fee this spring.

“I value hard work and the rewards gained by hard work. I also know that sometimes your goals come with a high price tag. My parents have supported my basketball career positively and financially. I would like to have them feel like this is their “award” too!”
