Bemidji Unified Sports brings athletes with and without intellectual disabilities together to compete on the same teams, promoting inclusion, friendship, and teamwork. Their youth program provides opportunities for students from Pre-K through 12+ to participate in a variety of sports and activities that build physical fitness, social skills, and acceptance. The requested funds will go directly toward supporting their youth programming by covering equipment costs and transportation to state tournaments, ensuring all athletes can continue to experience the benefits of sports while sustaining these impactful programs.
